  • Add a pedestrian walkway to the building
  • Add a walkway from East 167th to the entry door for pedestrian access
  • Recommendation to work with Urban Forestry to add trees in the tree lawn to compensate for the lack of trees on the E. 167th side of the building
  • Approve of the wall sign and monument sign.
